Your Tenure Team & Talking Tenure

Your Tenure Team was my unique, comprehensive group coaching program created to support newly-hired orchestral musicians during their probation period. The program was designed to offer meaningful tools, strategy, and guidance to orchestral musicians so they can get to tenure, through tenure, and come out on the other side with ease and confidence.  

While I no longer offer this group program, I do continue to support a select number of highly motivated orchestral musicians one-on-one, helping them navigate this ever-important process more skillfully.

My mission though this work is to help prevent the confusion, struggle, and potential devastation of a failed or difficult tenure process. 

I work to equip and empower early professional musicians, not only to achieve their tenure goals, but to emerge from the process as thriving artists, with real skills that go beyond playing their instrument. 

My goal is to provide the skills, training and community I wish I had early in my career.

My commitment is to create an safe place for you to be yourself, so that you don’t have to face this challenging process alone.
